A boy of seven has been banned from flying a Jolly Roger in his back garden because it breaches advertising laws. The City Council claims boy's pirate flag in garden breaches advertising rules. The skull and crossbones flag and pole in Ronnie Ford-Kennedy and Sara Steele's garden in Tattershall. East Lindsey District Council said the flag needs advertising consent.
